Sneaker Con in Chicago – May 19th, 2012

Over the years, we’ve seen a number of sneaker-themed events roll into Chicago, like Dunkxchange and Sneaker Pimps, and now we can finally add Sneaker Con to that list.  The traveling sneaker showcase will be in the Chi on May 19th at the Windy City Fieldhouse.   These events are typically somewhat of a boys club, as evidenced by the sponsors on the flyer, so ladies, be sure to come out to show these boys how to do it! Are you a fan of the vintage look? Windy City Sole Summit – Saturday, April 28th

It’s the season for a summit, a sneaker sole summit! Chicago based e-tailer, WindyCitySole, will be hosting it’s 3rd sneaker event this Saturday.  Attendees will be able to buy, sell and trade sneakers and mix and mingle with like-minded folk.  Should be fun times.  Details about the event and its location are on the flyer above.

I contemplated doing a “Could It Be (GS)” post on the Lebron 9 P.S.
