*geeeeez* There has been an overwhelming amount of newly released pics of the upcoming Nike Skinny Dunk High – a new take on the classic Nike Dunk model, aestethically the same, but tweaked to provide a slimmer fit for the ladies. We have two new patterns which sample the cherry print design of French designer Paule Marrot. Such unique patterns stand out amongst the commonly seen pink-and-shrink models us ladies are normally used to. The yellow laces on both really set it off. Me likey. As with the other Skinny Dunks, these babies will drop in Spring of 09.

Peek-A-Boo: Nike Skinny Dunk Highs "Feathers" & " Butterflies"

To be released in Spring 2009, we have two refreshing new designs to the innovative Nike Skinny Dunk model we previewed in the post below. The first Skinny Dunk features a classic bred (black and red) colorway with a yummy red gel sole. It is also decorated with a pattern of tiny feathers around the sides and back of the dunk. The second Skinny totes a dark metallic gold around the toe box, on the swoosh and upper back panel, as well as on the lace eyelets. Its sole is an icey grey and the rest of the sneak is covered with a creme colored base and features a beautiful group of butterflies in the same fashion as the feathers on the first dunk. I’m UBER excited to cop these next year, as I’m sure you all are! Stay tuned as more specific release date and location info becomes available!

Innovations: Nike Skinny Dunk High "Picnic Tablecloth" Blue/White – Red/White

What could be thee most exciting news in the realm of women’s sneakers has recently hit the web. Nike has for years pioneered the industry by crafting some of the most iconic and unforgettable sneaker models around. And although the ladies have been full supporters, we haven’t really received a sneaker that matches the design of our feet, until now that is. The good folks over at Nike banded together to re-craft the classic dunk to have a more sleeker, slim fit, without compromising the original silhouette. And from what I’ve seen so far, they’ve done a fantastic job!

Both of the “Picnic Tablecloth” Skinny Dunks will be available in 2009.
